| dc.description.abstract | The paper presents a reference set of research-quality evaluation criteria for qualitative research in Operations Management. The typical research process is presented and enhanced by making explicit the role of the criteria in both the design and evaluation phases. The paper highlights the importance of having such criteria not only to strengthen the research outcome, but also as means of control and self-correction during the research process. This paper concludes with a review of potential methods to provide support to the research-quality evaluation criteria. | en_UK |
