Abstract
Transcripts of semi-structured interviews (conducted 2017 and 2018) with field vegetable growers and ex-growers in eastern England. Discussions focus on water risks, irrigation and agricultural technology, relationships with regulators, retailers and consumers and how field vegetable production systems and supply chains are changing over time.
